Sunday was a day for some greens. some flowers. some swans. some tranquility.

They knew there were swans ( black ones. lets call it blackie) in Botanic Gardens. and we walked for more than 30 mins under the schorching sun just to get a glimpse of blackie. good thing we were not disappointed! Blackie is a very cooperative young chap. He nibbles on the cheap grass that we fed him and never shy away from our cameras. that earned him enough points for us to pay him a visit next time.

This is dear Blackie. and if he's a she. we'll call it Black Beauty.

Look at how hard meiling is trying to grab Blackie's attention! its kinda pathetic to see a complete, sane human being chasing after a swan with grass in her hands. She literally wanted to go into the 'lake' to join Blackie. To think tt i crowned Blackie the 'cooperative young chap'. Now i think he is actually quite arrogant.

I simply love this picture of Des n' Meiling. cos it looks so. simple. yet it spells happiness. what a pleasant Sunday. and may we bless dear Blackie.
