Lesson learnt today:
Always do some research and investigations before acting.
This is to prove that i was
studying for real. nerd for real. serious for real. i hope.

Anyway, heres something that kept me laughing for quite a while today.
.
Dinner was held at Turf City Hokaiido Jap Restaurant with my friend and his parents. Buffet style. Bloody full house. which translates to slow service and confused orders.
.
(After what seems like forever)
D's mum: wheres our food? helen, what did you order ar?
nice girl: oh i ordered quite a lot. forgot what exactly. hurhur. but today is very packed, so their service is very slow. (smile)
(waitress approaching->carrying 4 chawamushis, is that how you spell it?)
waitress X: is this yours?
(D's mum gives me the yearning look. which spells. i hope its ours?)
nice girl: ya its ours. (the truth is that i never liked chawamushi. and it will not be in my order lists)
.(so we consumed the 4 chawamushis)
.
(after 1 hour-> we overheard a conversation from the next table)
restaurant manager: hi sir, so hows the food today?
father X: (obviously in a foul mood) we waited for 1 hour. and our 4 chawamushis have yet to arrive. do you think the food is good today?
restaurant manager: (pathetically apologetic) we are so sry about that! it will come very soon! i promise!
.( back to our own table)
we looked at one another and held our laughter.
.i wanted to tell him. sir, your chawamushi is in my stomach. but i couldnt bear to. it was just too painful to watch.
