I officially introduce the Omega-3 bomb sandwich from coffee club at Holland Village. I'm not too sure if it is coffee club in general or just specifically the coffee club in Holland Village, for they serve yummilicious sandwiches. Today, we picked this item from their new menu and were both very much satisified. Basically, this lightly grilled ciabatta is served with seared tuna loin, anchovies, olives, hard boiled egg and some fresh greens. And trust me, it tastes heavenly :)

When we opened the sandwich to have a peep at it's contents, we found these green paste smeared on the ciabatta bread. Im not a fan of such exotic paste though for i prefer chunky meat creatures, but i know yvette yong enjoyed it to bits.
